What the notice says 原動機において、ピストン冷却用オイル噴射装置のチェックバルブボディの剛性が不足しているため、当該バルブを組み付けた際にボディが変形し、オイルが噴射されず、ピストンが冷却されないものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該ピストンの温度が上昇して亀裂又は焼き付きが発生し、最悪の場合、オイルが漏れ、火災が発生する。又は、走行不能になるおそれがある。

What the ministry says is wrong
原動機において、ピストン冷却用オイル噴射装置のチェックバルブボディの剛性が不足しているため、当該バルブを組み付けた際にボディが変形し、オイルが噴射されず、ピストンが冷却されないものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該ピストンの温度が上昇して亀裂又は焼き付きが発生し、最悪の場合、オイルが漏れ、火災が発生する。又は、走行不能になるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、気筒毎にチェックバルブの機能を点検し、作動不良があった場合、当該気筒のピストン一式（ピストン、シリンダーライナー等）を新品に交換する。また、全車両、チェックバルブを対策品に交換する。 なお、対策品の全数供給までに時間を要するため、暫定措置として当該オイルジェットがオイル噴射する場合には、後日、チェックバルブを対策品と交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
