What the notice says 前照灯ソケットにおいて、配線方法が不適切なため、前照灯バルブ交換後の配線を再収納した際に、ソケットバルブの接点が接触不良となるものがある。そのため、当該接点部にアーク放電が発生し、配線被覆の一部が損傷するものがあり、そのまま使用を続けると、ショートし、前照灯が不灯となり、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。

前照灯ソケットにおいて、配線方法が不適切なため、前照灯バルブ交換後の配線を再収納した際に、ソケットバルブの接点が接触不良となるものがある。そのため、当該接点部にアーク放電が発生し、配線被覆の一部が損傷するものがあり、そのまま使用を続けると、ショートし、前照灯が不灯となり、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、ソケット一式とヘッドランププレートを対策品に交換するとともに、前照灯のスイッチ配線にクランプを追加し、バルブを新品に交換する。また、レジスタワイヤ装着車については、レジスタワイヤを取り外し、通常の配線に変更する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
