What the notice says 高輝度放電灯式ヘッドランプ装着車において、ヘッドランプのレンズとハウジング結合部の構造が不適切なため、ボンネットラバーシールによりレンズが押され、レンズとハウジング結合部のシール材が部分的に剥がれるものがある。そのため、雨天時等にヘッドランプ内に水が浸入し、最悪の場合、ヘッドランプのコントロールユニットに水が浸入して、電圧制御回路が短絡し、ヘッドランプが不点灯となるおそれがある。

全車両、ヘッドランプの点灯状態を点検し、点灯しないものはコントロールユニットを交換するとともに、ヘッドランプのレンズとハウジング結合部へ止め金具を追加する。 点灯するものは、結合部へ止め金具を追加する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
