What the notice says サイドフレームとフロントロアクロスメンバとの溶接が不適切なため、溶接部の強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、走行時の振動等により当該溶接部が剥がれ、フロントロアクロスメンバの位置がずれて、最悪の場合、前車輪を取り付けているロアアーム後端部が抜け、走行不能となるおそれがある。

全車両、フレームとフロントロアクロスメンバの溶接箇所を点検し、フロントロアクロスメンバの溶接が剥がれているものは板金修理を実施する。溶接箇所に亀裂があるものは亀裂部を溶接する。点検結果剥がれや亀裂がないものはフロントロアクロスメンバの外側合わせ面に補強用リベット留めを追加する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
