What the notice says 駐車制動装置において、駐車ブレーキケーブルを車両側に固定するブラケットのガイドパイプと当該ブレーキケーブルを保護するプロテクタの間に隙間があるため、砂や砂利等がガイドパイプ内に侵入し、当該ケーブルのアウターコートが摩耗するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ケーブル内に浸入した水等よりアウターケーシングが腐食して折損し、インナーワイヤと干渉することがあり、最悪の場合、インナーワイヤが折損し、駐車ブレーキが作動しなくなるおそれがある。
