全車両、当該コネクタ内部の端子を点検し、腐食しているものは、ＥＣＵと電気配線（シール剤を塗布したコネクタ付き）を新品と交換し、腐食していないものは、当該コネクタにシール剤を塗布する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in. This site keeps the wording a register had when it was read, and does not translate a safety notice.
