What the notice says １． プラグインハイブリッド仕様の加速装置において、ハイブリッドコントローラのフェイルセーフの制御プログラムが不適切であるため、エンジンコントローラとハイブリッドコントローラが通信不良となった場合、アクセル開度制御のフェイルセーフが正常に作動しないことがある。そのため、フェイルセーフの作動によりアクセル開度を全閉にするところを、通信不良となる直前のアクセル開度を保持してしまい、当該装置の作動を自動的に解除しなくなるおそれがある。
