かじ取り装置において、原動機からの動力を旋回用静油圧変速機に伝える入力軸の位置決め用スラストカラーの強度が不足しているものがあり、入力軸にプーリーを固定する際にスラストカラーが破損する場合がある。そのため、プーリーにガタが生じ、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、キー溝部が摩耗し、プーリーが破損して左右輪の速度差が生じなくなるため旋回できなくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、キー溝を点検し、キー溝が摩耗していた場合はプーリー、軸、キー、止め輪、オイルシール、座金を新品に交換する。また、全車両、当該スラストカラーを対策品に交換し、ナットを適正なトルクで締め付ける。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
