What the notice says 燃料タンクの内圧調整用バルブに接続するゴムホースの材質が不適切なため、ゴムホースから析出した可塑剤により当該バルブ内部の弁が膨潤し、燃料タンクの内圧が調整できなくなることがある。そのため、燃料タンクの内圧が低下して燃料タンクが変形し、燃料ポンプを損傷させることで燃料が供給できなくなり、エンストして再始動できなくなるおそれがある。

全車両、内圧調整用バルブに接続するゴムホースを対策品に交換するとともに、当該バルブを新品と交換する。また、燃料タンクを点検し、変形が認められるものは燃料タンク及び燃料ポンプを新品と交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
