What the notice says ⑤ｄｐｆ（ディーゼル粒子状物質除去装置）付き車において、手動変速機搭載の後輪駆動車ではｄｐｆおよび車体組付けブラケットの強度が不足しており、全輪駆動車では排気管の車体への組付けが不適切なものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ｄｐｆフランジ部に亀裂が発生して騒音が増大し、排気ガスが漏れるおそれがある。

⑤ＤＰＦ（ディーゼル粒子状物質除去装置）付き車において、手動変速機搭載の後輪駆動車ではＤＰＦおよび車体組付けブラケットの強度が不足しており、全輪駆動車では排気管の車体への組付けが不適切なものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ＤＰＦフランジ部に亀裂が発生して騒音が増大し、排気ガスが漏れるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
⑤手動変速機搭載の後輪駆動車は全車両、ＤＰＦおよび当該組付けブラケットを対策品と交換する。全輪駆動車は全車両、当該ブラケットの締付ボルトを新品に交換するとともに、ＤＰＦフランジ部の亀裂有無を確認して、亀裂が発生している場合は、ＤＰＦを対策品に交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
