トラックの燃料タンクにおいて、燃料タンクバンドを過大な締付けトルクで固定したため、当該タンク内部のバッフル板（燃料液面の揺動を抑止する仕切板）のスポット溶接部に過大な力が加わっているものがある。そのため、車両走行時の振動により、当該溶接部に亀裂が入り、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、燃料タンクバンドを改善品に交換するとともに、ナットを新品にし、ワッシャを追加し、対策の締付け方法にて締付ける。また、燃料タンクのバッフル板溶接部を点検し、スポット溶接部に亀裂が生じているものは、燃料タンクを新品に交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
