全車両車軸を点検し、摩耗量が基準値を超えるものは新品に交換し、基準値内のものは、摩耗部に錆止め処理を行う。かつ、全てのキャッチストラップのワイヤーを取り外す。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in. This site keeps the wording a register had when it was read, and does not translate a safety notice.
