塵芥車の積込装置（テールゲート）のロック部において、フックとＵボルトの組付管理及びフックの形状が不適切なため、積込作業時等に当該Ｕボルトに過大な負荷がかかることがある。そのため、当該Ｕボルトに亀裂が生じ、最悪の場合、Ｕボルトが破断してテールゲートが跳ね上がり、物品を積載できなくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、フック及びＵボルトを点検し、間隙がない場合は、当該Ｕボルトを新品に交換（一部車両においてはフックを対策品に交換）して、フック及びＵボルトを適切に組付ける。 また、取扱説明書のテールゲートロック部について、点検事項を追記した改訂版を配付し、コーションラベルをボデー側面の左右に貼付する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
