スキッドステアローダーの静油圧式無段変速機（ＨＳＴ）において、設計時の作動油の選定が不適切なため、高荷重環境下で作動油の粘度が低下し、ＨＳＴモータ内のローラ等が摩耗・損傷し異音が発生するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ＨＳＴモータが回転しなくなり、最悪の場合、走行不能となるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、左右ＨＳＴモータを新品に交換し、作動油を対策品（ＧＰＩからＧＰＩＩＩ）に交換する。なお、全使用者に対して、今後、作動油（ＧＰＩＩＩ）を使用するよう周知する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in. This site keeps the wording a register had when it was read, and does not translate a safety notice.
