What the notice says 　　ロータリ除雪車の走行装置において、ホイール取付用ハブボルトの強度が不適切な ため、ハブボルトが折損するものがある。そのためブレーキドラム内にハブボルトとハブナットが脱落し、そのまま使用を続けると、ブレーキドラムとブレーキシューの間にハブボルトとハブナットが噛み込み、最悪の場合、タイヤの回転が停止して走行出来なくなり、他の交通を妨げるおそれがある。

What the ministry says is wrong

　　ロータリ除雪車の走行装置において、ホイール取付用ハブボルトの強度が不適切な ため、ハブボルトが折損するものがある。そのためブレーキドラム内にハブボルトとハブナットが脱落し、そのまま使用を続けると、ブレーキドラムとブレーキシューの間にハブボルトとハブナットが噛み込み、最悪の場合、タイヤの回転が停止して走行出来なくなり、他の交通を妨げるおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

　　全車両、暫定措置としてハブボルトの打音検査及び正規トルクにて締付、そのハブボルトの締付状態を確認する。なお、上記結果より異常が確認された場合は、当該車両のハブボルトとハブナットの全数を新品に交換する。 今回の措置については、緊急性を要したため、必要な検証が終了次第、再度届出を実施の上、恒久措置を行う。
