What the notice says 尿素水タンクを移設した車両において、延長ハーネス及びコネクタの防水処理が不適切なため、コネクタ内に雨水等が浸入し端子部を腐食させることがある。そのため、接続端子部で導通不良が発生すると、尿素水タンクに装着された後処理制御モジュール（ＡＣＭ）等とエンジン制御モジュール（ＥＣＭ）間における通信が途絶え、排出ガス後処理装置（ＳＣＲ）が不作動状態になると共に、インストルメントクラスタ中央ディスプレイに“車両電制システム異常”の警告メッセージが表示される。そのまま走行を続けると、排出ガス中の窒素酸化物（ＮＯｘ）の排出値が基準値を超えるおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

全車両、尿素水タンク延長ハーネスの各コネクタ部を点検し、防水プラグを適正位置に取付ける。なお、コネクタ内部に腐食がある場合には、当該延長ハーネスと接続側のハーネスを新品と交換する。
