What the notice says 後輪二軸リーフサスペンション仕様車において、リアクションロッド固定ボルトの締め付け工具管理が不十分なため、当該ロッド４本を固定するボルトが規定トルクで締め付けされていないものがある。そのため、走行中の振動や衝撃によってボルトが緩み、締結部にガタが発生することにより、ボルトが折損・脱落、最悪の場合、アクスルがリアクションロッドと分離し、走行不能となるおそれがある。

What the ministry says is wrong

後輪二軸リーフサスペンション仕様車において、リアクションロッド固定ボルトの締め付け工具管理が不十分なため、当該ロッド４本を固定するボルトが規定トルクで締め付けされていないものがある。そのため、走行中の振動や衝撃によってボルトが緩み、締結部にガタが発生することにより、ボルトが折損・脱落、最悪の場合、アクスルがリアクションロッドと分離し、走行不能となるおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

全車両、リアクションロッド固定ボルトを点検し、規定トルクで締め付ける。なお、ボルト及びブラケットに緩みによる損傷が認められた場合は、当該部品を新品と交換する。
