What the notice says 大型トラクタの連結装置において、誤連結を防止するロックガードの形状が不適切なため、トラクタとトレーラの高さがあっていない状態で連結操作をおこなうと、ロックガードが正しく作動せず誤連結状態となるとともに、メータ内に連結完了を示すカプラロックのランプが点灯することがある。そのため、目視による連結状態の確認をしないまま使用を続けると、走行中にトレーラが分離するおそれがある。

大型トラクタの連結装置において、誤連結を防止するロックガードの形状が不適切なため、トラクタとトレーラの高さがあっていない状態で連結操作をおこなうと、ロックガードが正しく作動せず誤連結状態となるとともに、メータ内に連結完了を示すカプラロックのランプが点灯することがある。そのため、目視による連結状態の確認をしないまま使用を続けると、走行中にトレーラが分離するおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

使用者に連結操作時にトラクタとトレーラの高さを合わせること、および完了後に連結状態を目視確認することを周知するとともに、全車両、ロックガードを対策品に交換する。
