コンビネーションメーターにおいて、制御プログラムが不適切なため、車両起動時または、エンジン始動時に後席用シートベルトが非着用であることを知らせる警告表示時間が、法規で定められた表示時間を満たさないことがある。そのため、保安基準第２２条の３（座席ベルト等）に適合しない。

What is to be done about it

全車両、メーターＥＣＵの制御プログラムを対策仕様に書き替え、もしくはコンビネーションメーターを対策品と交換する。また、対策によりシートベルト警告の表示時間と警告灯の点灯条件が変わることを使用者に対し説明し、車内保管用の説明シートを配布する。
