燃料装置において、燃料ポンプに取り付けられている燃料リターンパイプの長さが不適 切なため、ポンプケースとの隙間が不十分となり、燃料残量が少なく蒸発量の多い状態で 原動機を停止させると、燃料タンクが収縮して当該パイプの先端がポンプケースと干渉し 、その状態で原動機を始動すると燃料リターン配管内の圧力が上がり、当該配管の接続部 から燃料が漏れ、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。What is to be done about it
