What the notice says 自動変速機のロックアップ機構作動時に２速ギヤの潤滑が不足しているため、５速ロッ クアップ作動状態を持続して走行できる道路環境の場合、２速ギヤへの潤滑不足から当該 ギヤの歯面が異常発熱し、ギヤの硬度が低下するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を 続けると、当該ギヤが破損し、最悪の場合、破損したギヤが他のギヤに噛みこみ走行不能 となるおそれがある。

全車両、走行距離を確認し、判定基準以上の走行距離のものはカウンタ２速ギヤの歯面の 焼け状態を点検し、歯面が焼けているものは自動変速機一式を対策品と交換する。また、 判定基準未満の走行距離のもの、及び歯面が焼けていないものは、２速ギヤ潤滑用オイル 配管を追加で取り付ける。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
