後輪緩衝装置の支持部（ロアクロスパイプ）と車枠との溶接が不適切なため、当該溶接部の強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、深いくぼみの通過、障害物の乗り越え等により、後輪に強い衝撃を受けた場合、当該溶接部に亀裂又は破損が発生することがあり、最悪の場合、後輪緩衝装置が支持を失い、走行安定性が損なわれるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、当該部を点検し、溶接部が破損しているものは車枠（フレーム）を新品と交換する。また、破損していないものは溶接形状を点検し、基準を満たさないものは溶接補強をおこなう。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in. This site keeps the wording a register had when it was read, and does not translate a safety notice.
