What the ministry says is wrong
原動機のクランクケースのカバー外面の塗装が不適切なため、当該カバーを取り付けるボルト締め付部の塗膜の一部が割れて剥離するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ボルトが緩み、オイルが漏れるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
