エンジンのオイルクーラーホース接続部分の設計が不適切なため、当該接続が緩み、エンジンオイルが漏れるものがある。そのため、エンジンが損傷したり、漏れたエンジンオイルが高温部分に付着して出火するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
①オイルクーラーホースを対策品に交換する。 ②前側のオイルクーラーホースを対策品に交換し、その他のオイルクーラーホースについては、接続方法を変更する。 ①②とも、エンジンオイル漏れがある場合は、清掃し、必要に応じてエンジンオイルを補充する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
