What the ministry says is wrong
エンジンルーム隔壁にバッテリーケーブル端子を固定するスタッドボルトにおいて、当該ケーブルを固定するナットの締め付けトルクが不適切なため、走行中の振動によりナットが緩むものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、バッテリーケーブル端子が接触不良となり、エンジンが始動不良となるほか、接触不良から抵抗値が上がることで発熱し、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。What is to be done about it
