What the notice says 電気装置において、電気配線の配索設計が不適切なため、電動シートのボディコントロールユニットの初期設定を行わなかった場合、シートスライド範囲が設定値を超え、シートのスライド機構が電気配線と接触することがある。そのため、電気配線の被覆が損傷し、シート内部のアース線に過大な電気が流れ、アース線が焼損するおそれがある。

電気装置において、電気配線の配索設計が不適切なため、電動シートのボディコントロールユニットの初期設定を行わなかった場合、シートスライド範囲が設定値を超え、シートのスライド機構が電気配線と接触することがある。そのため、電気配線の被覆が損傷し、シート内部のアース線に過大な電気が流れ、アース線が焼損するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両の電気配線を点検し、被覆に損傷のないものは、配線ブロックを取り付け電気配線を固定する。また、被覆に損傷があるものは、損傷の程度により絶縁テープにより補修もしくは、新品に交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in. This site keeps the wording a register had when it was read, and does not translate a safety notice.
