対象（幌カバー購入者）の全車両、当該幌カバーを対策品と交換する。 （対策品の供給に時間がかかることから、当面の暫定措置として「改善措置の対策が完了 するまでの間、幌カバーを使用しない」旨を使用者に対し通知する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
