A DESIGN DEFICIENCY OF WALL THICKNESS INBOARD OF THE OIL SEAL AREA MAY CAUSE CRACKS IN THE AXLE HOUSING SPINDLE THAT COULD ULTIMATELY LEAD TO BREAKAGE OF THE SPINDLE END OF THE AXLE HOUSING AND THE WHEEL ASSEMBLY BECOMING DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE, AND CAN CAUSE VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.
