Certain child restraint systems may experience slippage of the centre front adjuster. The resultant excessive slack in the harness system could increase movement of the child relative to the restraint system during a vehicle crash. Increased head excursion could place the occupant at risk of greater bodily injury or death. Correction: Dorel will send a repair kit to owners.
