Certain child seats do no comply with the requirements of CMVSS 213.1. The restraint system could inadvertently change adjustment position from fully reclined to a more upright position. Extensive testing of the units has not shown that a change in angle will constitute a safety related problem. Correction: Since this does not pose any safety risk, no corrective action is required.
