Certain childrenu2019s restraint systems may experience slippage of the adjustment webbing at the centre front adjuster mechanism, which can result in potential loosening of the harness system. If the harness system loosens, the resulting slack may reduce the effectiveness of the restraint system in a motor vehicle collision and thereby increase the risk of injury. Correction: Consumers are advised to call Dorel Juvenile Groupu2019s toll-free consumer relations number at 1-866-446-2628 or email the company at <harnessadjustment@djgusa.com> to request a repair kit, which contains a non-toxic food grade lubricant to be applied onto the centre front adjuster.
