Issue: rnOn certain side-by-side vehicles, the accelerator pedal may not return when it is released. This would cause the throttle to remain open. rnrnSafety Risk: rnIf the throttle sticks in the open position, it could cause a loss of control and result in a crash. rn rnCorrective Actions: rnThe company will notify owners by mail. Owners will be instructed to take their vehicle to a dealer to install a new throttle pedal assembly. rnNote: If parts are not available, as a temporary repair, the pedal assembly will be inspected. Grease will be applied to the throttle pedal shaft if required. When replacement parts become available, these owners will be notified to bring their vehicle back to the dealer to install the new parts.
