Issue: rnOn one vehicle, the recall repairs completed by a Ford dealer during recall 25S68 (Transport Canada recall no. 2025-329) may not have been done correctly. As a result, another repair is required. rnrnOn certain vehicles, the rearview camera image will not display when the transmission is shifted into reverse gear. rnNote: This recall only affects certain Transit chassis cab and incomplete vehicles not equipped with the SYNC system. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnFord will notify the owner by mail and advise them to take their vehicle to a dealership to update the audio control module configuration settings.
