What the notice says 燃料ポンプにおいて、燃料を圧送する羽根車（インペラ）の材質が不適切なため、当該インペラが燃料成分により膨潤変形してインペラケースと干渉する場合がある。そのためそのまま使用を続けると、最悪の場合、インペラが回転しなくなり燃料ポンプが作動せず、エンジンが停止し、再始動できなくなるおそれがある。

What the ministry says is wrong
燃料ポンプにおいて、燃料を圧送する羽根車（インペラ）の材質が不適切なため、当該インペラが燃料成分により膨潤変形してインペラケースと干渉する場合がある。そのためそのまま使用を続けると、最悪の場合、インペラが回転しなくなり燃料ポンプが作動せず、エンジンが停止し、再始動できなくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
