前輪制動装置において、ブレーキケーブル周りの防水構造が不適切なため、雨天時の走行等により、当該ケーブル内部に水が浸入することがある。そのため、外気温が氷点下の環境において当該ケーブル下部のダストブーツ内に滞留した水が凍結し、最悪の場合、ブレーキ操作ができなくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、前輪制動用ブレーキケーブル下部のダストブーツを対策品に交換するとともに、①－１前輪用ブレーキレバーにカバーレバーが装着されている機種は、カバーレバーの取付け状況を点検して外れているものは修正し、①－２カバーレバーが装着されていない機種はカバーレバーを追加する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
