大型トラクタの冷却装置において、ファンシャフトプーリーベアリングの選定が不適切なため、高速走行時にシャフトが傾き、プーリーベアリングの密閉性が低くなることがある。そのため、プーリー内のグリースが漏れ、潤滑不良でベアリングが異常摩耗して、ベアリングが焼き付き、最悪の場合、ファンがラジエータに干渉して冷却水が漏れ、走行不能になるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、対策品のベアリングを組込んだファンシャフトプーリーブラケット一式（ブラケット、プーリー等）に交換する。また、ファンベルト、ファン、ラジエータを点検し、本不具合による損傷が認められた部品は新品と交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
