What the notice says 後２軸式リーフサスペンション仕様の大型トラックにおいて、トラニオンクロスメンバに装着されているラジアスロッドブラケットの形状が不適切なため、走行時のラジアスロッド入力によりクロスメンバが変形し、クロスメンバと補強板をとめているボルトが緩むものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ボルトが折損するとともに、クロスメンバと補強板に亀裂が生じて、最悪の場合、ラジアスロッド締結部品がクロスメンバから外れ、走行安定性が損なわれるおそれがある。

ラジアスロッドブラケットと取付ナットを対策品に交換し、ボルトを新規のトルクで締め直す。また、クロスメンバと補強板を点検し、亀裂が生じていた場合、クロスメンバは補修し、補強板は良品に交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
