What the notice says 消防車（はしご車）の緩衝装置において、前軸トルクロッド取付ブラケットとフレーム下面の溶接が不適切なため、走行時の入力の繰り返しで溶接部に亀裂が生じることがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、トルクロッド取付ブラケットの溶接部が剥がれ走行不能になるおそれがある。

全車両、前軸トルクロッド取付ブラケット溶接部の亀裂有無を点検し、当該ブラケットとアウトリガーボックス下面部に補強材を追加溶接する。また、当該ブラケット溶接部に亀裂が発見された場合は補修する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
