What the notice says 農耕トラクタの制動装置において、マスタシリンダの設計が不適切なため、ブレーキオイルのエア抜き作業をした際、サークリップにロッドが接触し、サークリップが変形して、ピストンが戻ることができず、ピストンがリリーフポートを塞ぐことがある。そのため、変速機等の熱によりブレーキオイルが膨張した際、配管内の圧力が上昇しブレーキオイルがリリーフポートからリザーバーに戻ることができず、ブレーキが引きずるおそれがある。

全車両、以下の作業を実施する。 サークリップを確認し、変形している場合は、マスタシリンダを対策品に交換する。変形していない場合は、サークリップを新品に交換のうえ、取付方向を、適切な方向に変更する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
