What the notice says 清掃車の作業装置において、右側ガッタブラシの可動域の設定が不適切なため、一定角度以上にチルトさせた状態で格納すると、ブラシが排出ガス後処理装置に接触することがある。そのため、ブラシ張出時のブラシの回転等により、排出ガス後処理装置の接触部が摩耗し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、摩耗が進行し、排気ガスが漏れるおそれがある。

What the ministry says is wrong
清掃車の作業装置において、右側ガッタブラシの可動域の設定が不適切なため、一定角度以上にチルトさせた状態で格納すると、ブラシが排出ガス後処理装置に接触することがある。そのため、ブラシ張出時のブラシの回転等により、排出ガス後処理装置の接触部が摩耗し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、摩耗が進行し、排気ガスが漏れるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、仕様に応じて以下の改善措置を実施する。排出ガス後処理装置が摩耗している場合は、新品に交換する。 １．排出ガス後処理装置に保護用カバー、ブラシに回転一時停止タイマ、キャブ内に注意銘板を追加する。 ２．右側ガッタブラシにチルト角度制限プレートを追加する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
