What the notice says 前輪に空気入りダブルタイヤを装着したフォーク・リフトにおいて、ホイールを構成するサイドリングとロックリングの形状が不適切なため、サイドリングがホイールから外れる場合がある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、タイヤがホイールからはみ出し、タイヤチューブがホイールのロックリングの端部に接触して穴が開き、パンクに至るおそれがある。
