ウイングフルトレーラにおいて、ウイング開閉用油圧ホースの配索が不適切なため、フレーム上部コーナーに接触しているものがある。この状態でウイング開閉を繰り返すと、ホースがコーナーに強く押し当てられて損傷し、作動油が漏れ、ウイングが作動しなくなる場合がある。最悪の場合、ウイ ング開時に開用ホースが損傷すると、ウイングが降下するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、油圧ホースにフレーム上部コーナーとの接触を防ぐプロテクターを取付ける。なお、プロテクターが取付けられない場合は、油圧ホースをハーネスバンドで吊り上げ、フレーム上部コーナーとの接触を防ぐ。 また、油圧ホースに損傷がある場合は、損傷部を新品に交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
