What the notice says 　リヤ２軸駆動の中型トラックにおいて、後前軸インターデフ部へのオイル潤滑構造が不適切なため、走行中に後前軸のデフオイルが過度に高温になることで後前軸内部の圧力が上昇して、エアブリーザやオイルシール部からオイル漏れが生じることがある。 　また、デフオイルが過度に高温になることで早期にオイル劣化が進行するため、インターデフと後前軸デフのベアリングやギヤの摩耗が促進されて異音が生じることがある。

What the ministry says is wrong

　リヤ２軸駆動の中型トラックにおいて、後前軸インターデフ部へのオイル潤滑構造が不適切なため、走行中に後前軸のデフオイルが過度に高温になることで後前軸内部の圧力が上昇して、エアブリーザやオイルシール部からオイル漏れが生じることがある。 　また、デフオイルが過度に高温になることで早期にオイル劣化が進行するため、インターデフと後前軸デフのベアリングやギヤの摩耗が促進されて異音が生じることがある。

What is to be done about it

　全車両、インターデフ内部を点検し、ベアリングやギヤに異常が認められなかった場合は、インプットカバーとデフケースセットを対策品に交換すると共にオイルセパレータを取り外してオイルポンプを取付け、異常が認められた場合は、対策品のインターデフ一式に交換する。 　また、後前軸のデフを点検し、ベアリングやギヤに異常が認められた場合は、新品のデフ一式に交換する。
