全車両、車台番号を点検し、対象となるものは、前輪ホイール・ハブのセンター・キャッ プを良品と交換するとともに前輪ホイール・ハブ内を点検し、ハブ・ベアリングが損傷し ているものは、前輪ホイール・ハブを新品と交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
