What the notice says エンジンのクランクシャフトにおいて、製造工程が不適切なため、クランクシャフトのコネクティングロッド取り付け部の表面処理が不均一なものや、ジャーナルの寸法誤差があるものがある。そのため、使用過程においてコネクティングロッド及びクランクシャフトのベアリングが焼付きを起こしてエンジンが故障し、最悪の場合、走行中にエンジンが停止して走行不能となるおそれがある。

エンジンのクランクシャフトにおいて、製造工程が不適切なため、クランクシャフトのコネクティングロッド取り付け部の表面処理が不均一なものや、ジャーナルの寸法誤差があるものがある。そのため、使用過程においてコネクティングロッド及びクランクシャフトのベアリングが焼付きを起こしてエンジンが故障し、最悪の場合、走行中にエンジンが停止して走行不能となるおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

全車両、診断テスターで車両及びエンジンを診断し、診断において正常な場合は①、異常が見つかった場合は②の措置を行う。 ①エンジンオイル（０Ｗ４０）／オイルフィルター（通常品）／フィラーキャップ（０Ｗ４０印字品）を対策品に交換し、オーナーズマニュアルに改訂版を挿入する。 ②エンジンＡｓｓｙを良品に交換する。
