（１）交換期限を超えて使用されたスプリングチャンバ内のダイヤフラムの劣化等によりエア漏れを生じるものがある。そのため、ブレーキ系統のエア圧が低下して駐車ブレーキが作動し、ブレーキの引きずりを生じ、そのまま走行を続けるとドラムが過熱して、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。What is to be done about it
