全車両、当該プログラムを変更する。さらに、当該イグニッションコイル内のスプリング に抵抗がついていない車両については、抵抗付きスプリングに交換するとともに、当該酸 素センサを新品と交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
