①前輪独立懸架方式の小型トラックのアッパーアームとロアアームのボールジョイントに おいて、ダストブーツのシール構造が不適切なため、当該ジョイントへ泥水等が浸入し 、樹脂ベアリングが摩耗してガタが発生することがある。 ②前輪独立懸架方式の小型トラックのアッパーアームのボールジョイントにおいて、補用 部品の供給方法が不適切なため、整備時に誤って組付けられたものがあり、当該ジョイ ントへ泥水等が浸入し、樹脂ベアリングが摩耗してガタが発生することがある。 そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けるとガタが増大し、最悪の場合、ボールジョイン トがサスペンションアームから外れ、走行不能になるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
①全車両、ロアアームのボールジョイントを対策品と交換する、また、アッパーアームに ついては、ボールジョイントを対策品と交換する、もしくは、アッパーアーム一式を対策 品と交換する。 ②全車両、当該アッパーアーム一式を新品と交換する。 なお、部品の全数供給に時間を要するため、当面の暫定措置として当該ジョイントを点検 し、ガタまたはブーツの損傷がある場合は対策品に交換し、問題のない場合は後日対策品 に交換する。 また、当該部位の点検整備内容を充実させ周知することにより、定期点検へのユーザの注 意を喚起する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
