What the notice says 主にタクシーとして使用している車両の前輪緩衝装置において、トランスバースリンクの強度が不足しているため、坂道走行の繰り返しなど、厳しい条件下で長期にわたり使用を続けると、当該リンクに亀裂が発生するおそれがある。そのため、亀裂が発生した状態で、さらに当該リンクに路面干渉等の過大な力が加わると、亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、当該リンクが破断して、走行不能に至るおそれがある。

全車両、当該トランスバースリンクを対策品と交換する。なお、部品の供給に時間を要することから、当面の暫定措置として、全車両、トランスバースリンクの亀裂有無を点検し、亀裂があるものは対策品と交換し、亀裂がないものは、後日対策品と交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
