エンジンの搬送工程における作業が不適切なため、作業中にオイルフィラーキャップを緩めてしまったものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、高負荷運転時に当該キャップ部からオイルが飛散し、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。What is to be done about it
